本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。
写真・動画・音声の読み込み・変換・書き出しはすべて利用者の端末内で完結し、それらやその内容が開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
1. 収集しない情報
本アプリは、次のいずれも収集・保存・送信しません。
- 写真・動画・録音した音声、およびそれらから生成した画像・動画・テキスト
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの連絡先情報
- 位置情報
- 端末識別子、広告識別子(IDFA)
- 利用状況の解析データ(アクセス解析・クラッシュレポートを含む)
本アプリはネットワーク通信機能を実装しておらず、解析ツールや広告 SDK も一切組み込んでいません。
2. 写真・動画・音声の取り扱い
- 写真・動画は変換処理のために端末のメモリ上で読み込まれ、処理後は破棄されます。カメラの映像は変換して画面に出すためだけに使い、録画・撮影しない限り残りません。
- 変換した画像・動画を保存・共有するかは利用者が操作したときだけ行われ、保存先・共有先は利用者が選びます。
- カメラ・マイク・写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、撮影・録音および保存のためにのみ使用します。マイクは録画に音を入れるためだけに使い、許可しなくても無音で録画できます。
3. 端末内に保存する情報
変換設定(絵文字の大きさ・選択したグループなど)と購入済み機能の状態を、端末内の設定領域(UserDefaults)に保存します。これらは端末の中だけに保存され、外部に送信されません。本アプリを削除すると消去されます。
4. 課金について
アプリ内課金は Apple の App Store(StoreKit)を通じて行われます。購入処理と支払い情報の取り扱いは Apple が行い、開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。本アプリが参照するのは「購入済みかどうか」の状態のみです。Apple による情報の取り扱いについては Apple のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
5. 第三者への提供
収集する情報がないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。
6. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは年齢を問わず利用できますが、いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。
7. 権利について
収集する個人データが存在しないため、開示・訂正・削除の対象となるデータを開発者は保持していません。端末内の設定は、本アプリを削除することで消去できます。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

Emotile does not collect any personal information.
Photos, videos and audio are loaded, converted, and exported entirely on your device. None of them, nor their contents, are ever sent to the developer or any third party.
1. Information we do not collect
- Photos, videos and recorded audio, and any images, videos or text generated from them
- Contact information such as name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Usage analytics, including crash reports
The app contains no networking code and includes no analytics or advertising SDKs.
2. How photos, videos and audio are handled
- Photos and videos are read into device memory for conversion and discarded afterwards. The camera feed is used only to convert it and show it on screen; nothing is kept unless you take a photo or record.
- Saving or sharing a converted image or video happens only when you choose to do so, and you select the destination.
- Camera, microphone and photo library access is used solely for capturing, recording and saving your artwork. The microphone is only used to record sound with a video, and recording still works silently if you decline.
3. Data stored on your device
Conversion settings (such as tile size and selected emoji groups) and your purchase status are stored locally in the app's settings (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles payment processing; the developer never receives your payment details. The app only reads whether a purchase has been made. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles your information.
5. Sharing with third parties
Because no information is collected, there is nothing to share with third parties.
6. Children's privacy
Emotile can be used by people of any age and collects no personal information from any user.
7. Your rights
As no personal data is collected, the developer holds no data subject to access, correction, or deletion requests. Settings stored on your device can be removed by deleting the app.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
